I wanted to make a different kind of review, one where I could thinkint personally BIASED views based on my previous experiences with design thinking and with what I like and don’t like about this book. The authors have given design thinking a sophisticated but easy to understand and much needed new presentation. I use the word process loosely, because as with any creative endeavor, there is a certain level of flexibility required as you move along.
